GALLERY: The illustrated version of Quidditch through the Ages gets cover and previews
by Aline MichelThe publishers Scholastic and Bloomsbury disclosed the British and American covers of the illustrated versions of Quidditch Through the Ages.
J.K. Rowling wrote the book under the pseudonym Kennilworthy Whisp will be released on October 6th.
The book was illustrated by Emily Gravett, awarded for her works with children’s books such as Wolves and Little Mouse’s Big Book of Fears, Again. According to Bloomsbury, the artist combined drawings made with pencil and digital techniques.
The British version, which will be published by Bloomsbury, shows Quidditch players wearing their uniforms and a sketch of the player Glynnis Griffiths, from the Holyhead Harpies team – which is part of the British league.

The american version will be published by Scholastic and shows a big Golden Snitch among Quidditch players:
