Harry Potter’s London studio reveals 2025 line-up, from Magical Mischief to the Dark Arts

If you are planning a trip to London, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London unveiled its calendar of special experiences for the year in early 2025. There is something for every taste, from a playful mood to the cosy frights of Halloween.

The season opened with the return of Magical Mischief, running from 25 January to 28 April. The idea is to celebrate the more playful, chaotic side of the films, with recreations of iconic scenes such as the O.W.L. exams taking place in the Great Hall. It is exactly the sort of detail that makes a fan grin from ear to ear.

Next came a summer feature kept under wraps, promised as a fresh addition for visitors between May and September. And to round off the year, the Dark Arts season, from 12 September to 9 November, transforms the studio with more than a hundred floating pumpkins in the Great Hall and treats spread across the house tables.

I have visited the studio once and can vouch for it: walking through the real sets from the films, from Diagon Alley to Dumbledore’s office, is an experience that stirs any fan. With a themed season running, the feeling is even more special.

Worth remembering: the studio sits in Leavesden, the very place the films were shot and where HBO’s new series is now being produced. If you dream of visiting, it pays to follow these seasons to pick the best time. See more on the Wizarding World in our full coverage.
