Fantastic Beasts is advanced and has title of the 3rd film revealed; see synopsis
by Rodrigo CavalheiroThe third film in the Fantastic Beasts franchise had its world premiere early on April 15, 2022, three months ahead of schedule. In addition, the film had its title revealed. The feature film will be called Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
Warner Bros. Pictures also revealed the first synopsis of the film. “Professor Albus Dumbledore knows that the powerful dark wizard Gerardo Grindelwald is trying to control the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he relies on magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead a team of wizards, witches and a brave Muggle cook on a dangerous mission, where they find animals and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the risk so high, how long can Dumbledore keep out of combat?”
Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets features the return of Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander and Jude Law as young teacher Dumbledore, alongside Ezra Miller (Credence), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein), Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski) and Katherine Waterston (Tina Goldstein).
The film will also have the return of Jessica Williams as Eulalie ‘Lally’ Hicks, a teacher at Ilvermorny’s School of Witchcraft and Witchcraft and the debut of Mads Mikkelsen as the villain Gerardo Grindelwald.
