Bana, 7 years old, lives in eastern Aleppo, which has been at the center of the ongoing Syrian civil war. On Monday, Bana’s mother, who manages her daughter’s Twitter account, sent a public message to Rowling asking if there was any way to receive the Harry Potter novels.
The two of them exchanged some messages, trying to find a way to do it, as it is difficult to send goods and make sure they arrive at the war-torn city of Aleppo.
