The actress Emma Watson declared on January 2nd support to the campaign Time’s Up, created as an answer to the sexual harassment and sexual assault accusations which came up in the last few months, mainly the ones from Hollywood.

Besides Emma, other well-known names has already joined the campaign. Among them are the Oscar winning actresses Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone and Meryl Streep. Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman’s director, and Jennifer Aniston also support the cause. Time’s Up officially started on January 1st, 2018 and it aims to create a 13-million-dollar fund to help less privileged women who were victims of sexual abuse to seek justice. The campaign aspires to raise people’s awareness and was launched with an ad in The New York Times and in the Spanish language newspaper, La Opinion.
