Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix, the fifth book from the Harry Potter series, appeared in third place on the list.

50 Shades of Grey, by E.L. James, was in the first position, followed by Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, by J.R.R. Tolkien.

The research revealed that more than the half of the interviewees have been stuck on the same book for more then three months, what makes them not wanting to read new books. The prejudice against determined books is also another reason for people do not look for new books. More than the half of the two thousand interviewees revealed they avoid titles with sad stories because they already feel depressed with the current world’s situation.
